No automatic service engagement
Submitting an RFQ or receiving a reply does not create a service contract. Scope, fees, responsibilities and commercial conditions require separate written confirmation.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers remain responsible for final product approval, target-market compliance, import obligations, commercial decisions and the accuracy of information they provide.
Third-party responsibilities
Suppliers, laboratories, inspectors, auditors, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and authorities remain responsible for their own services, statements and decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, submit unlawful content or interfere with availability and security.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout and original materials are protected by applicable rights. Brand assets may not be altered or used to imply endorsement without permission.
